Christian Version of Hallelujah

Christian of Hallelujah

I have been hearing this song sung; the melody was beautiful and the word “Hallelujah” was Godly but the words were very inadequate to the meaning of the word “HALLELUJAH.” The song story of King David was wrongly told to demean the character of his life and to a Holy God. Actually David was a man after God’s own heart. So today (9/21/2016) I took the liberty to change the immoral lyrics to match the melody to Glorify God and to teach the true meaning of the word (praise Jehovah) “Hallelujah.” Just the word Hallelujah invokes someone who knows and praises God (Jehovah) as it says in the words of the song. If you don’t know God, you should, it is the most important decision anyone can ever make.

Christian Version of Hallelujah

Well I’ve heard there was a shepherd boy

That played his harp to the Lord with Joy

Music that drifts to heaven above will move ya.

When he played his harp to the sheep at night

As the stars shown down with a heavenly light

It caused the host of heaven to sing Hallelujah

Hallelujah

Hallelujah

Hallelujah

Hallelujah

When the prophet came to anoint a king

He would not leave ‘til the father’d bring

His youngest son that was chosen by Jehovah

When he poured the holy oil out

As in heaven there rang a mighty shout

A king after God’s own heart, HALLELUJAH

Hallelujah

Hallelujah

Hallelujah

Hallelujah

So friend if you don’t understand

That God would like to take your hand

And be the kind of friend that stays close to ya

So when you don’t know what to do

His Spirit will always move through you

And give a song that comforts Hallelujah

Hallelujah

Hallelujah

Hallelujah

Hallelujah

Well there was a time when I didn’t know

That without the Lord I didn’t show

The love that only comes from Him to ya

As the Spirit shows God’s love in you

So that you can share to others too

And cause them all to join in Hallelujah

Hallelujah

Hallelujah

Hallelujah

Hallelujah

So because there is a God above

That sent his Son to show His love

As he shed his blood to give salvation to ya

When He rose again, conquered death and hell

And with wondrous joy we the story tell

So that all the world can share this Hallelujah

Hallelujah

Hallelujah

Hallelujah

Hallelujah

Hallelujah

Hallelujah

Hallelujah

Hallelujah

Hallelujah

Hallelujah

Hallelujah

Hallelujah

Hallelujah
